How do we create success

Intake session
We’ll start with discussing your health history, identify your main concerns and then decide on the next best steps for you.

Build your customized program
Together we will create a customized program to achieve your goals using primary and secondary food concepts.

Follow up and Coaching
We will meet bi-weekly to assess your success and failures and tailor the steps if needed for achieving your desired result. Unlimited support between sessions will be provided to you via SMS/WhatsApp.

1:1 Coaching And Program Tailoring
Virtual 12 bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions of up to 50 minutes. Program modified on an ongoing basis depending on what is needed to meet your goals.
1:1 Grocery Shopping
Spend less time in the store and buy only what you need. Save money while getting high-quality ingredients. Decipher food labels like a pro. Discover healthier alternatives to your favorite foods.
Support and Accountability
My focus is to empower you with the tools and support you need for lasting success. I'll guide you in establishing healthy habits of accountability that ensure you continue thriving long after our program ends. Unlimited support between sessions will be provided to you via SMS/WhatsApp.
